Patricia Weber and Stuart Janzen are the owners. Kevin Knoll, manager and Joanne Czarny manager are both Certified Natural
Product Advisors. Thay are assisted by the owners' daughter Jodi, Shannon, and Annie.
Our staff is here to listen to our customers needs and assist them in choosing the right products for their individual
lifestyles. We are always friendly, and demonstrate honesty and integrity in all our interactions. Each person that enters
in our store is important, and we strive to have all of our consumer experiences positive ones.
As a group of individuals who are health conscious and motivated, we are eager to bring our passion for life to you through

Our Company and History
The Old Kitchen Cupboard opened its doors on May 3, 1986 as a quaint little shop with limited items but tremendous potential.
The store has since developed and grown much larger with a unique and friendly atmosphere that provides a wide range of organic
foods, vitamins and supplements, as well as certified organic produce and meats. It has now been over 20 years that the Old
kitchen Cupboard has been successfully owned and operated by Patricia Weber and Stuart Janzen. On August 31, 2004, the Old
Kitchen Cupboard was chosen by the KW Record readers to receive the Readers' Select Award for favourite health food store.

What to expect when visiting
The Old Kitchen Cupboard.
At our store you will find knowledgeable staff who can show you a full selection of natural vitamins and supplements,
homeopathic remedies, books, and natural cosmetics. You will also find large enclosed glass jars filled with the freshest
nuts and dried fruits available. We even make up our own specialty snack mixes; Spirit, Mavis and Soy Splash are all must
tries!!
An assortment of organic rice, seeds and other hearty grains, along with alternative flours, beans and homemade granola
are found in easy to scoop bins. Fresh baked products and specialty breads, along with bulk spices and fresh pure nut butters
are also available.
We have an ever growing selection of organic grocery items. At the back of our store you will find
a large produce cooler stocked full of the freshest certified organic produce. Our dairy case includes organic milk products,
organic eggs, organic and drug free meats, non-dairy alternatives and soy based products.
There is a variety of vegetarian and frozen items including tv dinners, ice cream, and french fries!
You can even come in and fill up your water jugs at our store. We have a reverse osmosis purifying system that allows
you to provide your family with the best tasting purest drinking water available!
Please come in during the summer months for a taste of our old fashioned frozen yogurt in hand rolled waffle cones, and
the best tasting organic tomatoes you will find.
We keep our store stocked with only natural and unprocessed products - preferably organic so that we can create a healthier
community and environment one person at a time.
Choosing to eat these organic foods assists in keeping our bodies as free as possible from the dangerous chemicals that
cause disease.
